in this home
for any poetry
so what
is to be done
but creep
into a corner
& write?
Besides
there is ambiance
here & perhaps
a little
humility
in the act of
retreating
to make space
for a poem.
So this is
an observance
as it were
without an observer,
a voice projected
onto walls
too full of spirit.

The madness of mankind
Ripped
Apart forever
From our soul
From the very start
Cast-out
Failing
To cross
A crumbled bridge
To brain-dead Inner Silence
Overkill
Burned
Out mind
Mending the cracks
Left by mindless slavery
Forlorn
Matrix
Imprisoned in
Social duty to
Worship what shapes our
Demise
No
Escape from
How we're encoded
What wrecks our Essence
Greed
Literature
Governed
Glory be upon the mad mans eye.
For he tweaks tomorrow's reels.
But fortune holds back his prize.
Only the ordained can hold that zeal.
Wistfully our beloved maker expires.
By the hands of man, God's fall one by one.
Bless the crazed, who live in the pyre.
Only the civil will let lies be spun.
The blind know man can lead his own designs.
And the deaf do hear a devote tune.
The mad discerns the truth of the divine.
All feverishly dance, lost in the swoon.
"If God did not exist, it would be necessary to create him".
Why?
Because without God all things are permitted.

to make all believe they inheret a
world all their own
remember to erase the words of the
deceased until
death never existed
and put corpses unburied
into neat containers
under every floor
to lock them up tight is
critical;
panic is the plague in this age
and is it any wonder they forget
with puppet parents
who burn books at christmas?

Not sure why but I just breathed a huge sigh of relief.
I like this work. The 'walls too full of spirit' had me thinking, but then I linked them up with the aforesaid 'ambiance' ...
For some reason, I'm thinking: walls, acoustics, soundwaves bouncing off the walls, projecting one's voice. These associations could provide just one more piece to re-enforce your walls. Like maybe instead of 'product' which is a little weak anyway:
